Selleberg has beautiful stables built in 1800 with classical vaults, cast-iron columns and a lovely views across the countryside. Our plan is to convert them into apartments whilst maintaining their charm and historical authenticity. This project is delivered in collaboration with Norrøn Architects and the Municipality of Kerteminde. Our objective is to develop nine apartments by 2020 in the range of 96 -134 m2, most of them will be around 120 m2. At the same time we will establish a small business center in the pony stable in order to give the possibility to combine work life with an attractive home.
